This wedding at The Vineyard Hotel (@VineyardNewbury) had a colour scheme which incorporated both silver and red. We have many different silver sashes in our range in a variety of fabrics. The bride and groom chose these silver organza sashes because they liked the soft appearance that they created. The silver was continued through the scheme by the florist who supplied silver candelabras for all of the tables. The red part of the colour scheme was designed to match the bridesmaids’ dresses, groom’s cravat and roses in the flowers. The bride and groom cleverly used red in some of the decorations as well. We fitted Swags and Tails to the Top Table using a red organza which the couple had chosen to complement the organza of the sashes. Red was also used for the candles and red roses were draped around the candelabras for the Top Table.
For this wedding ceremony in the River Suite at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Reading (@cp_reading) the bride and groom were able to look through the many colours which make up our aqua, teal and turquoise range before picking these gorgeous sashes. The couple chose this particular shade of aqua in an attractive shimmer satin, it matched perfectly with the rest of their decorations, including the flowers. We dressed the chairs with our specially tailored chair covers, designed specifically for the hotel’s chairs. After tying all of the sashes we made sure that they and the chairs were accurately lined up, using our famous tape measure technique.
This lovely wedding took place in the barn style setting of The Briar at Cantley House Hotel (@cantleyhotel). The bride and groom chose these aubergine organza sashes from the many different purples that we have, because this particular shade matched the bridesmaids’ dresses perfectly. The couple wanted to have something a little bit different so decided to add the extra ivory organza sashes as well. We tied the two colours together in a double bow on each of the chairs.
For this lovely wedding at The Watermill Theatre (@WatermillTh) the bride and groom chose a rustic theme to complement this beautiful river-side venue, with it’s wooden floor and exposed beams. The couple decided to go with simple, yet stunning ivory shimmer satin sashes for the guests’ chairs. The bride and groom wanted their chairs to stand out from the rest so picked out lovely dark green satin sashes for them. All of the sashes were tied using our Butterfly Bow. We also dressed the tables with hessian table runners which co-ordinated perfectly with the cleverly designed table decorations, made from wood and ivy. Both types of sashes and the runners were carefully chosen from our extensive range during a consultation which took place at the venue.
For this lovely wedding at Taplow House Hotel (@Taplow_House) the bride wanted her sashes to co-ordinate with the hotel’s own ivory chair covers. She chose these beautiful shimmer satin sashes from the large range of ivory fabrics we have available. Once we had tied all of the sashes we arranged the chairs in perfect rows ready for the ceremony. The florist supplied stunning flowers in reds and ivories, including specially designed bouquets to tuck in to the back of the bride and groom’s sashes.
For this wedding at The Vineyard Hotel (@VineyardNewbury) the bride had chosen royal blue for her bridesmaids’ dresses so wanted her sashes to be in the same colour. She was able to pick these lovely organza sashes from our extensive range of blues, because they were the perfect colour match. To give an extra special touch to the bride and groom chairs she added an additional ivory lace sash which we tied in a double Butterfly Bow.
For this wedding at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Reading (@cp_reading) the bride wanted two different colours for the sashes to match the bridesmaids’ dresses which were mint green and lilac. We dressed the chairs using our specially designed chair covers before tying the sashes in our beautiful Butterfly Bow style and re-aligning all of the chairs in a perfect grid pattern.
For this intimate wedding in the Tower House at Coworth Park (@CoworthParkUK) the bride chose white sheer organza from our varied range of white sashes. The bride wanted the sashes to be simple and elegant against the hotel’s own oatmeal coloured chair covers. The elegant white theme was continued with an abundance of beautiful white flowers throughout the room.
For this wedding at Taplow House Hotel (@Taplow_House) the bride wanted the sashes to co-ordinate with the hotel’s own ivory chair covers as well as having something which matched the bridesmaid’s navy dresses. The bride chose lovely ivory shimmer satin sashes for all of the guest chairs as these complemented the chair covers perfectly. The navy silky satin sashes were chosen by the bride from our range of many different navy sashes because they were an excellent match for the bridesmaid’s dresses. Sixty two guests enjoyed a recreation of the famous 1976 Judgement of Paris wine tasting competition which put Californian wines well and truly on the map. We helped to dress the room for this fabulous event by fitting white chair covers and authentic Hessian sashes which we tied in a corporate knot. We also dressed the tables with matching Hessian table runners. The Hessian was chosen by The Vineyard because it fitted in so well with their own event décor including wine barrels and cork table decorations.
