We fully launder all of our items in-house after every event. We use specialist, professional irons for our chair covers and sashes. Yet, we have still managed to wear out one of our irons. We have just had to replace the iron plate so that we can continue to keep our chair covers looking top notch.

We offer flexible working hours and get to spend time in some of the best venues in Berkshire and the surrounding areas. We sometimes even get the chance to meet celebrities along the way. We have fun whilst expecting extremely high standards from all of our team members. Our entire team are fully trained in the art of tying bows beautifully and to perfection. The little details really do matter!
Over the years we have had the pleasure of working with around 70 different team members. The length of time that people stay with us varies. Some have worked with us for a while before moving on to more permanent positions, others are still with us after a number of years, having been with us through their university years and beyond. Most of our team members come from the villages surrounding our business premises in Swallowfield, and for many it is their first opportunity of paid work. We have often been told that young people struggle to get part-time jobs, possibly whilst studying at university, because they do not have any work experience. We are proud to have given so many young people the opportunity to work as part of a team, to gain experience in the world of work and to feel a sense of achievement.

We were recently informed that we had been nominated for the Global Wedding Awards 2018, and we are now very proud to announce that we have been crowned!
LUX Magazine run the Global Wedding Awards to acknowledge businesses that deserve recognition for their hard work and commitment. The Global Wedding Awards showcase the brightest and best from across the wedding industry.
The businesses which are lucky enough to be shortlisted are then scrutinised by the panel of specialist researchers putting them through a period of extensive investigation prior to judging. To move successfully, from nominee to winner; there must be evidence of extensive expertise within a given field or discipline, dedication to customer service and client satisfaction with an ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation.
TWIA is the only regional and national client voted awards in the wedding industry. It was set up to recognise excellent wedding suppliers and to help anyone organising a wedding find the best suppliers.
All judging is undertaken individually, remotely, independently and without consultation. This is to ensure that no single judge in any category has undue influence over any other judge. The result is the most rigorous judging process in the wedding industry.
The awards are for weddings which have taken place between 24.10.17 and 09.10.18.
